Conveyancing For Property Buyers

A few things you should bear in mind when purchasing a property:

It is important to have the contract reviewed by a conveyancer as early as possible, especially prior to an auction. Even the most straightforward purchases can contain restrictions on the property including limiting future development.

Your Conveyancer will conduct searches of Government departments to ensure that there are no limitations on your block.

It is a legislative requirement that stamp duty be paid on your purchase. Click here to find out what this will cost or give us a call on 0410 622 640.

Did you know that first home buyers only have to buy 50% of a property as long as another party /parties purchases the remaining 50% paying stamp duty on their share (if they have purchased before)?

If you are a first home owner, please let us know so that we can assist you.
