Hello, I’m Bev Gunn, your dedicated guide in the realm of property transactions at Waratah eConveyancing.

With over 15 years of rich experience in conveyancing and an academic background from the prestigious Macquarie University Law School, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. I hold a license under NSW Fair Trading (License Number 05009889) and am an esteemed member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW), not to mention I am fully covered by professional indemnity insurance. Plus, as a NSW Justice of the Peace (162619), I uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Having lived in various parts of NSW – the Blue Mountains, the Central West, the South Coast and now Bowral in the beautiful Southern Highlands – I’ve gathered a diverse understanding of regional property markets. What I love most is aiding clients in experiencing the sheer joy of buying or selling a property.

What is e-Conveyancing?

A Conveyancer acts on a client’s behalf to legally transfer the title of a property from one party to another.

e-Conveyancers streamline the conveyancing process by wherever possible using more efficient and highly secure online platforms for the settlement and lodgement of conveyancing transactions.

I work remotely using the latest online platforms to create an efficient, flexible and secure working environment from the comfort of your own home or office. When you engage Waratah eConveyancing there is no need for face to face meetings which will save you precious time and money.
